St. Peter’s Association Barkur Mumbai Dear Friends and well-wishers, All of us are well aware, our ‘St. Peter’s Association Barkur – Mumbai ’is the proud identity of Barkurians in the metropolis of Mumbai, the commercial nerve centre of India. Now SPA is all set to cross a mile stone of its kind, as it celebrates 20 fruitful years of dedicated service and it is truly a moment of rejoicing and thanking Almighty for his benevolent care through out these years in the safe hands of our Patron, Apostle St. Peter. Saga of mega events were planned, which to go down the history pages, of historical Barkur, to coincide this landmark. On our part as a mark of both recognition, and most importantly in admiration of its welfare activities in the service of Barkurians at large both in Mumbai and native Barkur, during the past two decades, now we at Barkur-on Line Team, take immense joy to open a new segment exclusively reserved for SPA and its manifold activities. It will showcase the inception facts, the incorporation years, road of success, projects realized and the future vision on the one hand… and rare photographs to enliven the glorious past and wonderful present….. It is the novel and sincere intention of the Team Barkur-on-line and its host to involve SPA Managing Committee Members, past and present alike, and all concerned, in keeping these pages in Barkur-on-line vibrant, informative and up-to date. Moreover our well wishers all stood by SPA, since its very inception way back in 1988, April, 17th - when the solid foundation was laid at Mahim, Victoria Church Hall, Mumbai and since then a number of great minds, selfless hearts and purposeful hands worked in union to realize the well written objectives of the Association, now spread around the globe, welcome to add their feelings, appreciation, suggestions….. While inviting your own inputs, dear visitor, on behalf of the Team, may it be in the form of message or an opinion, an experience of personal involvement or mere observation from distant, we are happy to make it a part of valued content in these pages, on merit…..
