Grand Inauguration of Batte Vinayaka Tower Marks a New Era in Barkur's Commercial Landscape

13th March 2024: Today, Barkur witnessed a momentous occasion as the grand inauguration of Batte Vinayaka Tower unfolded on Car Street, ushering in a new chapter in the town's commercial development. The prestigious project, spearheaded by Mr. Shrinivas Shettigar Ranganakeri and Mr.Santosh Kumar Shetty from Nalkudru, was met with exuberance and excitement from the community.

The ceremonious event commenced with the esteemed presence of Mr. B. Appanna Hegde, a revered figure at Mahalingeshwara Devasthana, Basruru, who illuminated the proceedings with the traditional lighting of the lamp symbolizing auspicious beginnings for the tower.

Among the distinguished guests gracing the occasion were luminaries such as Mr. Anand C. Kundar from the Geethananda Foundation, Kota, Mr. B. Shanthram Shetty, Vice President of the Barkur Gram Panchayat, and Mr. Nityanand Kamath, Director of Sarvoday Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. - Barkur Branch. Also in attendance were Vedamoorthi Shri Ramesh Bhat Nayarbettu, Mr. Vitthal Shetty from Shedikodlu, and Mr. Chandrashekar Shetty, former President of Hanehalli Gram Panchayat.

Adding to the grace of the event were the presence of Mrs. Yashodha S. Shettigar, Mr. Shrinivas Shettigar, along with their esteemed family, as well as Mrs. Vinaya S. Shetty and Mr. Santosh Kumar Shetty, accompanied by their family members.

Batte Vinayaka Tower, a landmark three-story edifice, boasts 36 meticulously furnished rooms spread across its first and second floors. Among them, 17 are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, while two luxurious suites offer a touch of opulence. The third floor of the tower features the Shubhan Banquet Hall, capable of accommodating up to 60 guests, with another grand hall awaiting its formal inauguration.

Emphasizing sustainability and convenience, the tower is equipped with ample water supply, a waste handling unit, and an underground parking facility capable of accommodating approximately 50 cars, catering to the needs of both guests and visitors.
