Muddu Krishna Costume Competition held at Sri Vidyesha Vidyamanya National English Medium School, Heradi

Heradi: A "Muddu Krishna" (Little Krishna) competition for L.K.G and U.K.G students was organized at Shri Vidyesha Vidyamanya National English Medium School, Heradi, drawing enthusiastic participation from young students dressed as the beloved deity.


The program was inaugurated by Smt. Jyothi Shetty, retired senior grade teacher of National High School, Barkur, who lit the ceremonial lamp to mark the beginning of the event. The Headmistress of the school, Smt. Likitha Kothari, presided over the function. Smt. Sujatha L. Rai was also present on the dais.

The competition was judged by a panel comprising art teacher Sri Sitharama Shastry, Bharatanatyam teacher Smt. Mallika Acharya, and dance teacher Pooja.


Results announced were as follows:

L.K.G Section
1st Place: Pranvi Kundar
2nd Place: Brahmi P. Devadiga
3rd Place: Rishika D. Acharya

U.K.G Section
1st Place: Saniha S. Poojari
2nd Place: Sanidhya S. Poojari
3rd Place: Janvika R. Poojari


All students who took part in the Muddu Krishna competition were felicitated with certificates and gifts.

The program began with a prayer rendered by student Dhanvin. Teacher Sujatha L. Rai welcomed the gathering, while teacher Pooja proposed the vote of thanks. The event was compered by teachers Smt. Chandrakala and Smt. Renuka Shetty, with Sri Nagaraj extending his cooperation. The program was coordinated by teachers Smt. Chandrakala and Pooja.
