December 17, 2025 — The Annual Parish Feast of Patron Saint St. Peter, affectionately known as Vhodle Festh, was celebrated today with great enthusiasm and devotion by parishioners and faithful from surrounding areas.


Rt. Rev. Dr. Duming Dais, Bishop of Karwar and Shimoga Diocese, served as the main celebrant of the solemn High Mass. The liturgical celebration was graced by the presence of Vicar General Rev. Fr. Ferdinand Gonsalves and numerous priests from the Kallianpur Deanery, who concelebrated the Mass alongside the Bishop.


The annual feast, which holds deep spiritual significance for the local Catholic community, brought together devotees to honor St. Peter, the patron saint of the parish. The day's celebrations were marked by fervent prayers, traditional hymns, and a strong sense of community fellowship.





The event highlighted the vibrant faith life of the parish and the continuing devotion to St. Peter, whose feast day remains a cornerstone of the parish's spiritual calendar.
